Exactly What's Included
No surprises. Here is every service and benefit your agreement covers.
Spring A/C Tune-Up (1 visit)
Coil cleaning, refrigerant level check, electrical connection inspection, capacitor test, thermostat calibration, condensate drain flush, and airflow measurement.
Fall Heating Tune-Up (1 visit)
Heat exchanger inspection, burner cleaning and adjustment, safety controls test, flue inspection, filter replacement, and system efficiency check.
Priority Scheduling
Agreement holders are scheduled before non-agreement customers. When you call for service, you move to the front of the available appointment queue.
15% Off All Parts
Receive 15% off the cost of all parts and materials on any repair performed during your active agreement period — applied automatically at time of service.
Diagnostic Fee Waived
The standard $125 diagnostic/service call fee is waived on both scheduled tune-up visits included in your agreement.
Written System Report
After each visit you receive a written condition report: efficiency rating, refrigerant status, safety findings, and any recommended repairs with estimated costs.
